The Art Department of the school organized a workshop on thread Jewellery on 30^th, 31st and 1^st September 2017 and Mrs.Lavanya was the Resource Person.  Students were taught to make ornaments like bangles, ear rings and necklaces using silk threads and sequences. A large number of students enrolled for this workshop they thoroughly enjoyed participating in it.  The Secretary and Correspondent, Sri.M.Venumohan graced the occasion and exhorted the students to utilize their free time in creative hobbies rather than spending time on social media.He applauded the efforts of the Art Department and thanked the resource person for guiding the students throughout the workshop.Mrs. Sharada, Vice-Principal congratulated the art department on the smooth conduct of the craft workshop and urged the students to explore their creative side by taking an active part in such programmes which are regularly conducted in our school. The workshop was very beneficial for the students.
