Eye Screening Camp
" HEALTHY VISION PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE ACADEMIC SUCCESS OF THE CHILD"
Little Angels School always gives importance to the health and wellness of their students.Every year school also conducts health camps for the students. This year the school has conductted Eye Screening Camp for the students for classes 1 to 10 in co-ordination with the "Sankar Foundation Eye Hospital "
Eye Screening Camp was organised for a period of 10 days - from 31.07.2023 to 10.08.2023. Every student was attended by the doctors and optometrists from Sanar Foundation Eye Hospital. Doctors spoke to the students about the tips to be followed for good vision and necessary foods to be included in the diet for healthy eyes. Doctors educated students to refrain themselves from electronic gadgets and suggested some eye exercises as well.Students also interacted with doctors regarding eye care, sought to their queries.
Parents also have attended the eye screening camp and spoke to the doctors and clarified their doubts.
This camp was very useful for parents as well as students as it helped to identify the problems relating to their eyes and accordingly doctors have suggested some of the remedies for healthy eye sight.A detailed student wise report was also given by the doctors after completion of the eye screening camp.
