ACTIVE LEARNING STRATEGIES IN SCIENCE-10.06.2019
A Workshop for Science teachers was organized on 10.06.2019 in the school by Dr. Pampa Chaudhuri, Resource Person. It was a very good platform to make a child an active learner.
It helped the teachers to enhance the skills of making a Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time bound learning objectives through variety of activities like simulation videos, exit cards, MCQ’s through pair work were discussed.
Activities which can be included under Art Integration, Creative home work policy, group discussions as per CBSE curriculum, which should be very much closely related to Science in our daily life, were very well discussed and demonstrated by the Resource Person.
It was a very good learning experience for all the Science teachers.
