REPORT ON SRI RAMA NAVAMI & AMBEDHKAR JAYANTHI

Sri Rama Navami is a spring Hindu festival that celebrates the birthday of Lord Rama observed on the ninth and last day of Chaitra Navaratri.

Little Angels celebrated Sri Rama Navami on 12th April, 2019 with great devotion and enthusiasm. The day started with invocation of slokas of Bhagavad Gita followed by lighting the lamp. Students read on article on the importance of Sri Rama Navami celebrations and also focussed a glimpse on “The Epic Ramayana”. The students also rendered a melodious song marking the importance of occasion.

The students paid fitting tribute to a great leader of our country , “Dr. B.R.Ambedkar” to mark the 128th  Birth Anniversary of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar, our students put up a  short programme which included on article on importance of Ambedkar Jayanti which cited about Dr. Ambedkar’s birth and his contribution  in the framing of our Indian Constituion and also its application which is our future responsibility.

The Principal, has conveyed her warm greetings to every one and emphasized on the two noble characters ‘Sri Rama’ and ‘Dr. B.R.Ambedkar’ and imposed children to follow their footsteps.

Thus the school made a sincere endeavour to mark and observe the vibrancy of Indian customs and National Spirit.
