INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS 2018-19


“Action without Vision is only passing time.

But

Vision with Action can change the World.

‘Vision with action can change the World”.  The 72nd Independence Day was celebrated with patriotic fervour in Little Angels School.  The student chief guest was P. Lohitha of X Class for being adjudged as the best all rounder for the year 2017-18. She is an excellent swimmer at National level.  She bagged Gold and Silver medals in the various competitions.  She stood 3rd in Krishna River Crossing.  She secured 2 Gold medals and a bronze medal in the State level.  She secured a gold and 2 silver medals in Junior and Sub-Junior Aquatic Championship. 

She is the Sports Captain and brought many laurels to the school and to herself in the field of Swimming.  She was given the special privilege of hoisting the flag. 

K. Harini was felicitated by the Management for being the topper in the AISSE March 2018 conducted by CBSE by scoring 488/500 was given a cash award and a certificate of merit.

Mrs. R.V. Vijayalakshmi Scholarship for the toppers in Classes 7th, 8th and 9th was awarded to Srujana of 7 E, Yasashwi of 8 B, Indraneel Kudale of 9 A.

P. Varsha who participated in Junior Model Pageant Runway at Kozikode Kerala.  She was titled as Extreme Talent Junior Model International for her dance and was the second runner up in Miss Preeteen and got selected for the International competition to be conducted in Dubai in the month of October 2018.

The Secretary & Correspondent addressed the gathering by greeting everyone.  He congratulated all the awardees and encouraged all students to develop true competitive spirit and also participate in various sports and games.  He impressed upon students to give utmost importance to health.  He asked students to contribute to the nation by being a responsible citizen.  The recipients spoke on the occasion and thanked the management for the best facilities provided and for encouraging the students for their holistic development.
