Investiture Ceremony
“ A leader is one who knows the way, shows the way and goes the way”
The "Investiture Ceremony" of our school was held on 12th August 2025 in the school Auditorium in the presence of the Management, Parents, Teachers, and Students of Classes VII to X. The event commenced with a warm welcome address, extending greetings to our Founder and Chairman Shri. M.Venumohan, Director Shri. Kranti Kiran and Principal Mrs. Indu Malini along with the proud parents who had gathered to witness this special occasion.
The programme began with a prayer by the School Choir setting a serene tone for the morning.
The key highlight was the Badging Ceremony, where Director Shri. Kranti Kiran and Principal Mrs. Indu Malini Ma’am formally conferred badges upon the newly elected captains, symbolising the trust and responsibilities bestowed upon them.
The solemn Oath-Taking Ceremony was then led by the Director Shri. Kranti Kiran during which the student leaders pledged to serve with sincerity, uphold school values, and lead by example.
This was followed by heartfelt reflections from the Additional Vice-Captains from Class - VIII expressing their gratitude and commitment to their roles.
In his address, Shri. Kranti Kiran emphasised three vital pillars of leadership -responsibility, accountability, and commitment— urging students to be service-oriented and to set inspiring examples for their peers.Founder and Chairman Shri. M.Venumohan, in his message, stressed the importance of productive learning, self-discipline, and becoming positive change agents. Sir also highlighted character development, personal hygiene, and the spirit of being inspired and inspiring others, encouraging students to mentor peers, protect school property, and to act with integrity.
The captains expressed their heartfelt reflections on today’s program and the responsibilities entrusted to them.
The parents also conveyed their sincere appreciation to the management for the constant care, guidance, and encouragement extended to the students.
Ceremony concluded with vote of thanks by the School Captains followed by the National Anthem.
The occasion was both memorable and motivating, inspiring the newly appointed leaders to perform the duties with vision, humility and dedication.
