B.L. Lavanya Memorial Scholarship Awarded to Class 9 Topper
The B.L. Lavanya Memorial Scholarship, instituted by Shri B. Ramakrishna in loving memory of his late daughter B.L. Lavanya, was awarded on June 24, 2025, to Thammineedi Sreshta of Class 10D for securing the highest marks in Class 9 (Academic Year 2024–25). Sreshta received a cash prize of Rs.1050/- and a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of her outstanding academic performance.
The ceremony, held in the presence of Class 9 students and a few of Sreshta’s classmates, began with a warm welcome address followed by a short prayer.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri B. Ramakrishna congratulated the awardee and urged the students to work diligently and aim for excellence in all their endeavours.
The Honourable Founder & Chairman Shri. M Venumohan inspired the students to draw motivation from Sreshta’s achievement and to take sincere interest in their pursuits. He also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the teachers.
The Principal Mrs. Indu Malini expressed heartfelt gratitude to Shri B. Ramakrishna Garu for instituting the scholarship and supporting academic excellence.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, marking the end of a meaningful and inspiring event.
