Freedom is not just a word; it’s a promise we uphold every Republic Day, reminding us that liberty is our greatest treasure.
The 76th Republic Day celebration at Little Angels School was filled with patriotic fervour and deep gratitude for the visionary leaders who shaped our diverse and vibrant nation. India, with its rich cultural heritage and global prominence, has emerged as a beacon of innovation and success. We, as Indians, owe a debt of gratitude to the relentless efforts of those who framed the Constitution, ensuring justice and inclusivity for all.
This day stands as a moment to honour the enforcement of our Constitution and to instill in the younger generation a profound sense of respect and pride for their nation. The theme of this year’s celebration, Golden India: Heritage and Development, encapsulated the essence of India’s journey and aspirations.
In keeping with the school’s cherished traditions, the Tricolour was unfurled by the Student Chief Guest, K. Kusumesh Kesav of Class 10 B, who was adjudged the Best All-Rounder Student for the Academic Year 2024–25 from the outgoing Class 10 batch, followed by a stirring medley of patriotic songs performed by the school choir.
A key highlight of the event was the book launch of Poorvi Rajak, a multi-talented student of Class 9, who excels as an orator, writer and showcases exceptional skills in drawing and painting. This marked the release of her third poetry book, “Musings Through Poetry”, a testament to her creativity and dedication.
The program was graced by an inspiring address from our beloved Founder Chairman, Shri M. Venumohan. Both Poorvi Rajak and K. Kusumesh Kesav delivered heartfelt speeches, expressing their gratitude to the school management for nurturing young talent and providing exceptional opportunities for students to shine.
