The festival of Makar Sankranti was celebrated with great enthusiasm and traditional fervour at Little Angels School. The event was organized to educate students about the cultural significance of the festival while promoting joy and togetherness among the school community.

The celebrations began with a special morning assembly in which students presented articles on the importance of Makar Sankranti as a harvest festival and its observance in different parts of India. As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat celebrations, students performed songs on Sankranti and Magh Bihu festivals celebrated in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Assam.

The 'Bhogi Pallu' ritual was performed to the little kids of kindergarten by our Honourable Founder and Chairman Shri M. Venumohan. He also addressed the students and greeted everyone on this festive occasion.

Academic Heads - Principal Mrs. N. Indu Malini and Headmistress Mrs. Y. Rama Devi also attended the programme and conveyed Sankranti Greetings to all students.

The event not only celebrated the spirit of Bihu and Sankranti but also fostered cultural understanding and appreciation among the students, creating lasting memories of unity in diversity - Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.
