A yoga session conducted by Mrs. D. Jyothi, Mrs. Ankita, and Mrs. Tulika included warm-up exercises, yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques. The enthusiasm, discipline and active participation of students and teachers made the session truly inspiring.
Valuable feedback shared by Mrs. Aswini and Mrs. Mary encouraged everyone to make yoga a part of their daily lives.
Through yoga, our students learn balance, discipline and the path to a healthier life. As part of the celebrations, various classroom activities were conducted on 20th June 2026 for students of Classes I to X.
Students of Classes I to V participated in drawing, poster making, rhymes recitation and yoga-themed creative activities, while students of Classes VI to X took part in drawing, poster making, slogan writing and other creative tasks related to yoga.
