The aim of the programme is to promote right and well-being of the persons with disabilities in the society and increase awareness of the situation of persons with disabilities in every aspect of social, economic and cultural life.

The founder of the local Mandala Vikalangula Sankshema Sangham Mr.P.S.T.Patnaik was invited and felicitated. Students presented an article and rendered a melodious song to mark the occasion.

The Principal Smt.Visalakshi exhorted the children to always try to extend a helping hand to those who are underprivileged. She also told that people who lay down their lives for the service of others are inspirations for us.

Mr.Patnaik addressed the students and told that though he was born disabled, he overcame his disability  and devoted his life to the service of the underprivileged.
