NATIONAL SCIENCE DAY (2022-23)

On 25th February (2022-23), National Science Day was celebrated in our school to commemorate the discovery of the Raman effect by the Indian Physicist Sir C.V. Raman.

In the school assembly, floral tributes were offered to the portrait of Sir.C.V.Raman by Principal , Headmistress and Science teachers. An article on the importance of National Science Day was presented in the school assembly. Two days science exhibition on the theme Global Science for Global Well Being was organised in the school. Principal Smt.Visalakshi inaugurated the Science Exhibition.

Students from classes 1-9 presented various projects like Geothermal Power Plant, Filtration Unit, vacuum cleaner, different rooms in a house, living and non-living things, Blind Stick, Helmet (wear it to gear it), solar city, wind turbine etc.

Director Kranti Kiran Sir visited the Science Exhibition and appreciated the young creative minds. The parents also visited the Science Exhibition on the first day i.e., on 25-02-2023.

On the second day, the students of classes 1 to 9 visited the Science Exhibition. The children were happy and enthusiastic and learnt many new things about their surroundings and innovative scientific discoveries.
